Reminders don't appear
Open the iPhone Settings app → Notifications → Renewly and make sure notifications are allowed. In Renewly, check Settings → Reminder time, and that the subscription's reminder isn't set to "Never". Opening Renewly occasionally keeps your upcoming reminders refreshed.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open Renewly → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my Renewly Pro subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Renewly Pro, or tap "Manage App Store subscriptions" inside Renewly. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does Renewly sync between devices?
Not yet. Your data is stored only on the device where you entered it.
Why are some totals marked as approximate?
When you track subscriptions in several currencies, Renewly converts them to your main currency using built-in approximate exchange rates.
